Tara really knows what she's doing. She was very friendly. I am self-conscious about my hair; when I explained these things to her on my first appointment, she was very kind and accommodating. She had great styling and color ideas.

Nicole is amazing! She always makes me feel like a million bucks and her pricing is beyond reasonable for what you get. I'll never let another hair stylist touch my head as long as I live !

I had the most wonderful manicure and pedicure from Hannah, a true artist in her profession. Her method is quick and she creates magic with her talent! This is a lovely open salon owned by Luigi who is a seasoned professional and quite a business man . He is renowned in Worcester County. Together with his staff, they create the perfect look for their clients. Just being there is such a great experience. Follow that up with a nice meal at Pepe's which is adjoined. Well groomed, and well fed, what could be better?

“Lele” Leticia is fantastic! Not only is she a whiz with hair in regards to color, style and blow outs, but she is the sweetest and kindest person. I love coming to this salon as it’s in a great location and filled with nice people who are professional and skilled!

I don’t even know where to begin Leticia didn’t just fix my hair, she honestly restored my confidence. Just a week ago, I went to Ulta asking for a balayage, and what I walked out with was nothing like what I asked for. The color was patchy, brassy, and felt so far from what I envisioned. I left that appointment feeling discouraged, embarrassed, and unsure of what to do next. Then I found Leticia and it felt like such a blessing. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel heard and cared for. She took the time to understand exactly what went wrong and how to make it right. And when I saw the final result, I was honestly speechless. My hair looked soft, natural, dimensional, and absolutely beautiful everything I had hoped for the first time around. More than just a great stylist, Leticia is someone who truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into her work. She turned what was a really upsetting experience into something so uplifting and positive. I walked out of her salon not just with gorgeous hair, but feeling like myself again. Thank you, Leticia you have no idea how much this meant to me. You’ve just gained a new customer. I’ll see you again at my next appointment.

I had my first visit at the salon and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Giovanna gave me a relaxing wash and beautiful style—she’s incredibly personable and knowledgeable. My haircut was done by Luigi, the owner, and he was amazing! Super easy to talk to, clearly very experienced, and had me in and out in no time. I’m absolutely in love with my new bob—thank you both for making me feel so confident and fresh!

This was my first time here and had an amazing experience. Luigi was fantastic- personable, fast and clearly very experienced. His assistant, Giovanna , was incredibly sweet and did and amazing job with the blowout. The price was fair, and the salon itself was super chic and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!
